Houston, the fourth-largest city in the US, is renowned for its strong economy, extensive cultural history, and outstanding attractions. Houston is distinguished by its unique combination of metropolitan settings, expanding neighbourhoods, and green spaces. The renowned JP Morgan Chase Tower, the highest structure in Texas, and other stunning skyscrapers decorate the downtown area's skyline.

To select the ideal location for the design of a new mall and movie theatre in Houston, I considered a number of parameters to guarantee the success and convenience of the project.

Accessibility:

The selected location benefits from proximity to major highways such as Interstates 45 and 10 nearby. It offers easy access to the mall and cinema from many locations across the city and beyond. Public transportation is also well-developed in the neighbourhood, with several bus stops and the adjacent light rail station within walking distance. Moreover, the location is convenient for shopping and moviegoers who like to drive to the mall, as it is close to important transport links. It makes commuting from different parts of the city as well as nearby places easy. A shopping centre and a cinema are convenient for visitors due to the area's proximity to major highways.

Nearby amenities:

The neighbourhood is packed with a variety of amenities, complete with a movie theatre and shopping mall. There are many neighbouring eateries, cafes and restaurants, so you can eat before or after the movie. The number of potential customers is further increased by nearby hotels, offices and other business facilities that attract frequent foot traffic.

Visibility:

The site has excellent visibility due to its prominent location on a busy intersection. Its spacious exterior and room for branding and signage ensure that the mall and cinema will be noticed by the audience and attract potential consumers. The appearance of the place contributes to the success of the project as a whole. Because of its downtown location, the intersection of Austin, Commerce, Franklin, La Branch, Congress, and Crawford streets provides a spectacular view. A busy downtown area provides a steady flow of pedestrians and vehicular traffic, giving the mall and movie theatre plenty of exposure and potential customers.

Three avenues are shown here; each avenue's area is 7,450 m² (80191.13 ft²).

Total area: 22,350 m² (240573.4 ft²).

The Bluebonnet Center will be set in three parking lots: SP + Parking, 1501 Franklin St Parking and Miracle Lot&Lot 105. They are located at intersections of Austin, Commerce, Franklin, La Branch, Congress and Crawford streets.
